The apartment required çonsiderable maintenance, and had a bad drain odour. The front door did not lock at anytime and we could only obtain one key which caused difficulties. The beds were not in the locked position and moved across the room.
For the cost not very impressive

"Ratcliff was the perfect character filled property to catch up with family and explore Kangaroo Island. Private, well equipped and spotlessly clean we loved the outlook to the lagoon through the huge fig trees. The local mob of kangaroos that joined us for our stay was a highlight. "We had a lovely stay here last week. The house is on a beautiful property, not too far from Penneshaw to get supplies. We loved watching the kangaroos outside in the mornings and evenings.
